About Us

StoneBrook is an established common interest community of 55 detached homes located at 95 Intervale Road in Stamford, Connecticut. We are conveniently located withing walking distance or a few minutes drive to shopping, local public and private schools, recreational activities, and community services.

 

Our development is situated on approximately 30 acres, of which 20 are an environmentally protected conservation area. Each home is uniquely clustered to take advantage of the beautiful natural and landscaped environment.

 

StoneBrook Association, Inc. is self-managed by a seven-member all-volunteer Board of Directors. The Board encourages unit owners to participate in helping to manage the complex. We have many homeowners that participate on our Board, our Landscape Committee, and other ad hoc committees. We are truly a “neighborhood”.

If you register for your Username and Password, you can subscribe to receive notices by email, view monthly Board minutes, view our Annual Budget, or communicate with the Board on homeowner issues.
