About Us

Welcome to the StoneBrook Website!
StoneBrook is an established common interest community of 55 detached homes located at 95 Intervale Road in Stamford, Connecticut. We are conveniently located just minutes from shopping, local public and private schools, recreational activities, and community services.
Our development is situated on approximately 30 acres, of which 20 are an environmentally protected conservation area. Each home is uniquely clustered to take advantage of the beautiful  natural and landscaped environment.
StoneBrook Association, Inc. (“StoneBrook”) is self-managed by a seven-member all volunteer Board of Directors. The Board encourages unit owners to participate in helping to manage the complex. We have many homeowners that participate on our Board, our Landscape Committee, and other ad hoc committees. We are truly a “neighborhood” and hold an annual Association picnic in the summer open to all unit owners.
If you are currently a Homeowner in StoneBrook, you will find great up-to-date information on Neighborhood news, upcoming meetings and events, such as monthly Board meetings, Annual meetings, our annual picnic, and general information, on our Home Page. If you register for your Username and Password, you can subscribe to receive notices by email, view monthly Board minutes, view our Annual Budget, or communicate with the Board on homeowner issues. If you log onto the site, you will be able to post messages on our Message Board, relating to StoneBrook issues. In the public access area, you can also view the StoneBrook Declaration and By Laws, as amended, as well as the Landscaping Guidelines.
If you are considering making StoneBrook your home, you can browse the public access areas on this site to learn about our By Laws, Declaration, and Landscaping Guidelines. Also, view information about our local and neighborhood community. You will find valuable links to help you learn about our area, and the many advantages of living here.
Either way, the Board hopes you will visit our website often and return to see new information posted.
